Funding Application

To access or inquire about job search assistance, information services, Summer Student Program, or Employer Partnership Program visit your local Rupertsland Institute Employment Centre or visit the Mobile Employment Units. If in-person services are not accessible, virtual support is available. For information or to access virtual support, contact your nearest employment centre by phone.

To apply for any funded program offered by the Rupertsland Institute Métis Training to Employment Program:

1. Ensure you are a member of the Rupertsland Métis Student and Alumni Association (RMSA)
   • Sign up for the RMSA here.
2. Visit the application webpage: rlioas.ca
3. Create your Rupertsland Institute application by using a valid email address and password.
4. The application will prompt you to validate the email address.
5. Follow the application instructions, read, and check all the boxes and enter all required information and attach the mandatory documentation.
6. Partial submissions will not be accepted. Applicants are served on a first come, first served basis if the applicant meets RLI criteria.
7. Applicants will be contacted by Rupertsland Institute services to conduct an assessment and students are asked to commit to a Student Action Plan. Due to a high volume of applicants, there will be a waiting period to be contacted by an RLI Advisor.
