Senior Director of Client Services - Rupertsland Institute Head Office, Edmonton, AB
Rupertsland Institute is recruiting for a Senior Director of Client Services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Director of Client Services is responsible for the oversight of client services under two federal programs delivered by the Rupertsland Institute on behalf of Métis Citizens in Alberta. Working under the mandates of education, training, and research, the role provides leadership to regional team operations, and works closely with the Senior Management Team to implement the Business Plan. This includes regular planning, organizing, leading, and controlling client services under the lens of continuous improvement while striving for administrative distinction and excellence in client service delivery.
Communications Manager - Rupertsland Institute Head Office, Edmonton, AB
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Corporate Services, the Communications Manager will work closely with the Senior Management Team, and consulting firms as needed, to implement strategic communications. The Communications Manager will be responsible for preparing and implementing communication initiatives, including a variety of media-based advertising campaigns, newsletters and other published material. The Communications Manager will also be responsible for leading the creative development, writing, and editing of various documents, leading and managing RLI’s website and social media, and overseeing media relations.
