Michif Women’s Gathering 2025
Celebrate Métis Women with Honouring Our Aunties: Strength, Wisdom, and Workforce Leadership at the 2nd Annual Michif Women’s Gathering. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from strong Aunties and take part in professional development workshops focusing on empowering Métis women.
As we honour our Aunties, we also recognize their role in the workforce— as entrepreneurs, educators, caregivers, and leaders in their fields. Their contributions to economic growth, mentorship, and professional development inspire us to break barriers and create inclusive, culturally rooted career pathways.
Let’s celebrate the power of our Aunties—not just for the love and guidance they’ve provided but also for the doors they’ve opened and the legacy they continue to build in our workplaces and communities.
